We use your data to create and manage your account, authenticate users and maintain account security, deliver AI language coaching (including role-play, pronunciation feedback, grammar feedback, vocabulary support, clarity feedback, and tone coaching), personalize your language, scenario, and coach experience, enable progress tracking, certificates, and service-related features, and provide business, education, and team training functions where applicable.

3.2 To Operate, Improve, and Protect CoachLingo

We use information to maintain and improve platform performance, troubleshoot technical issues, monitor abuse and fraud, perform analytics and quality assurance, improve safety systems and user protections, and develop, test, and refine existing or future product features.

3.3 To Manage Purchases, Billing, and Support

We use relevant data to activate subscriptions or licenses, process payments, renewals, refunds, and invoices, investigate payment disputes, and respond to support requests, complaints, and service inquiries.

3.4 To Communicate With You

CoachLingo is an AI-powered service. To deliver the platform experience, your prompts, conversation content, speaking inputs, feedback requests, and related materials may be processed by automated systems and, where needed, by trusted service providers acting on our behalf.

Please Avoid Submitting

Highly sensitive personal information (unless clearly necessary), private payment card details in open chat fields, confidential third-party data you are not authorized to share, or personal data of children or other individuals unless you have the legal right to provide it.

We may review limited content where necessary for support investigations, fraud or abuse prevention, safety enforcement, debugging and service quality review, and compliance with law.

CoachLingo may use automated systems to generate feedback, learning suggestions, or communication coaching. However, we do not use solely automated decision-making to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you.
